The Perfect Potato Salad
Make it stand out
This is a summer season must. The crunch, the flavour & freshness is the perfect mix. Perfect with rocket or as part of a BBQ feast
Ingredients
- A bag of baby new potatoes or equivalent 
- 1 bag of radishes or equivalent 
- 1 bag of sugar snap peas or equivalent 
- 1 tin canellini beans 
- 1 red onion 
- 1 handful of dill 
- A batch of our Vegan Aioli 
- Seasoning to taste 
Method
- Boil or steam the new potatoes then cut into bite sized pieces when cooled 
- Finely chop the onion, dill & radish & slice the sugar snap peas into chunks 
- Put into a big bowl with the beans & potatoes & mix with the aioli & dill 
- Put in the fridge & serve when ready. It keeps well for a few days in an airtight container 
- Enjoy!
