Payment: We may ask for payment in advance when booking your initial appointment.
Insurance: We are recognised by a number of private health insurers, including AXA, BUPA, WPA and Vitality. Please check your individual policy before booking. You may need to register us as Katie Watson (PH83758) or Flow Studio, depending on your provider.
Cancellations: Appointments are subject to our 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please let us know in writing at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. Full details can be found in our Policies

This comprehensive appointment will be tailored to meet your needs. We will take a thorough history of your problem, talk through a plan & offer the appropriate treatment, as well as send you home with an action plan. This appointment lasts up to an hour

After your initial appointment we may well invite you back again to see how you are getting on, offer further treatment & work through any your action plan to help you optimise recovery. This appointment will last up to half an hour
