Coaching with Katie through Flow Studio is designed to empower you. To help you find your feet in what a healthy lifestyle means to you.

I meet so many people who feel like they have given up on themselves, feeling lost, stiff, weak & out of shape. We put so much pressure on ourselves that when we start, we often feel like it’s impossible, or we don’t get the results we want straight away, so we give up & often then feel deflated & like we have failed. But with a little support from the right people, we truly have the capacity to feel so much better…

How does Wellbeing Coaching work?

To start off, you fill out the form below, sharing as much information as you wish to start this journey.

We then schedule an online 1 hour call to discuss your needs, what your aims are & find out more about your lifestyle, challenges & explore how we can make some changes to helping you feel more empowered, healthy & content

Following the call, I will write up what we discussed & share our plan. From there we have a few options, depending on your needs. These options can be flexible, but include:

  • Ongoing 1:1 monthly calls to support progress & accountability

  • Access to our online studio/in person studio with guidance of which classes would suit you best

  • In person 1:1 work if you are local, including physio/yoga/Pilates
