Scrambled Tofu

Now this may not be for everyone, but if for any reason you don’t eat egg & want to enjoy the classic British breakfast, then I love making a scrambled tofu.

The taste & texture are delicious - give it a go!

Ingredients

  • Silken tofu

  • Paprika

  • Salt & Pepper

  • Nutritional yeast

  • Tumeric

Method

In a pan, break up the tofu with a wooden spoon until it looks ‘scrambled’. Add in a pinch on tumeric, a tablespoon of nutritional yeast & seasoning (including paprika) to taste

Stir slowly until warmed through & serve on toasted sourdough

Top with parsley & enjoy!
