Yoga, great food, mobility, breathwork & meditation
We are so excited to launch our Spring ½ day retreat on Sunday 29th March from 12pm to 3pm
This retreat is all about us settling into Spring, feeling inspired, empowered & excited for having tools to feel healthier & more capable
We will start with an energizing yoga class (suitable for beginners/experienced yogis!)
Then we will pause for some delicious plant-based food (don’t worry, it’s better than just carrots & humous)
We will then explore a physio-led mobility workshop which aims to help us develop more awareness of how we move & how we can glow up our daily habits to feel stronger, more flexible & healthier, getting more from our classes & feeling less at the mercy of our bodies. There will be space within this for us to go off on tangents, ask questions & explore movement in a fun, educational way
We will then finish with some breathwork & meditation
The investment is £55 (Earlybird of £50 until Sunday 22nd February). We have chosen to price this in a way to make it as affordable as possible, but if the cost is a barrier to coming please reach out as we can offer some discounted spaces
