This is exactly why we created "Bedtime Vibes," a longstanding favourite at Flow Studio as a cherished community experience, designed to be your perfect, peaceful transition from Sunday to Monday.
Join us for a cozy and restorative evening that will help you let go of stress and welcome a deeper sense of calm. Our "Bedtime Vibes" workshop offers a beautiful blend of gentle movement and deep rest, carefully crafted to soothe your nervous system and help you reset for a healthier, more fulfilled week.
What to Expect:
Candlelit Slow Flow: We'll begin with a gentle, slow-flow yoga session in the soft, tranquil glow of candlelight. This practice is about feeling, not forcing, as we move mindfully through a sequence designed to release tension from your body.
Deep Relaxation: We'll transition into a long, restorative session with plenty of blankets, bolsters, and props to support you. You'll be guided to a place of complete rest, allowing your body to soften and your mind to quiet.
Guided Meditation: As your body rests, your mind will be guided through a peaceful meditation, leaving you feeling calm, centered, and ready for a night of restorative sleep.
Hot Chocolate & Community: To complete your wind-down ritual, we'll finish with a delicious cup of plant-based hot chocolate or herbal tea, offering a moment to connect and share a sense of peaceful community.
